According to my gps watch. Done between 3 and 5 in the am because I was supposed to do this yesterday. Tried to keep at 10:42 pace but ran most at around 10:00 pace.  Just so hard to go so slow when I'm not on the treadmill being forced.  But I will have to learn.

Was supposed to do 3 2's at 9:30 with 800 recoveries, but legs just not feeling it.  Not sure what is wrong, havent been able to finish workouts.  Gonna run super slow rest of week in hopes of feeling better for long run sunday.

3 day break pathetic.  Rugby died, got kicked out of my house, had a cold, and started my period.  fml sometimes.  but its not how you fall, its how you pick yourself back up.  gonna try to run more later too. legs still dead for some reason!

well managed to run 12 at night in the rain.  Thanks for helpin me out with THAT one God!  Wanted to do a 20 but close enough
