Gatorade at the 11 and 17. Walk between mile 16 and 17 also. Where I hit the wall. But ran last 2 miles super slow.
Treadmill ymca. 5.3 to 5.5. Forced myself to stay slow
warm up 2 miles at 11:30 pace. 6 x 1600 at 9:30 pace. 400 m jog at 11:30 in between and another 800 at the finish. treadmill to hit paces.
