Just can't seem to get back in running mode after this last marathon. I suppose it's partially from havin to move, constantly looking for a job, and worrying about Ryan... And my damn asthma which I haven't had for years acting up. Just makes me wonder if that aspect has something to do with diet or the environment. Odd. Something is better than nothing though, so I'll just keep running here and there as it suits me and not worry about it too much for the time being.
Plus yoga and canoeing all day
