2 hours 30 min. Since Ive been sore AND im on antibiotics, I compromised with myself and ran 9 on Sunday instead of Saturday which I took an extra day off and ran 15 instead of 19 today so I can still run my 20 on Sunday. 15 is still within "long run" territory so I figured this was a good day to take it somewhat easy but not skip my run entirely. Believe me, I agoniZed over this decision for 3 days straight. But I felt surprisingly well, despite my usual post long run nausea.
