| Legs still felt sore before I ran, fine afterwards. Did some light stretching after the run Ate like crap today due to the pot-luck at work. No scratch that. Due to my lack of willpower and being easily influenced in an impoverished environment where people don't have the time or money to prioritize their health. |

Stretched afterwards Legs finally not sore and restless Unrelated but I don't care because no one reads this but me anyways but I just cant get over the fact that i'm being falsely accused of theft. This is going to ruin so many opportunities for me and i just can get it out of my head and running is the only thing that temporarily helps, but i fear it will affect my running just because of the toll its taking on my mental health. Trying to stay strong but there's a good chance i'll be convicted since somebody forged my initials. Trying to find a reason for this. I know I'm not meant to work these dead end jobs forever, I'm miserable, so what could it be? People have it worse than me though so I shouldn't complain. Just steer the course Amelia, steer the course.

| to the ymca and back. had to make it a priority today since i skipped yesterday. i cant wait to get this damn floor done because i think the paint fumes are messing with my oxygenation, as well as the gasoline i have to use as paint thinner. i think its like light weight huffing, breathing in all these toxic fumes. been getting headaches. ugh. |
